Director
Mr. Ashish Godhwani is the founding Director of Shanti Construction with over 15 years of experience in civil and structural construction. He leads business strategy, client relationships, and project oversight across all major contracts. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a regional contractor to a pan-India construction firm with marquee clients including Adani, Hindustan Coca-Cola, and Mahindra.

Operations Head
Mr. Kshirsagar brings deep technical expertise in civil engineering and site operations. He oversees project execution, quality control, and engineering compliance across all active sites. His hands-on approach and technical rigour ensure that every project meets the highest standards of structural integrity and workmanship.

Supply Chain & Procurement Head
Mr. Ashwani Nath Tripathi manages procurement, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations for Shanti Construction.
